All support calls will be logged via support@maintenanceconnection.co.za

The support team will allocate the correct resource, and will log a work order and mail it to the customer concerned.

Service Support

Support is controlled by a service level agreement

Call out Support

Support is on a call out basis only

Remote Support

Support is done remotely on the customers computer
